Starting August 25th, new federal regulations require that anyone who wishes to fax any materials to an individual or organization first must obtain a signed consent form.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued amendments to the regulations that implement the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in early July. Those regulations were published in the Federal Register on July 25th and will take effect 30 days later on August 25, 2003.

Consequently, if APA wishes to fax an agreement form or any other communication to you, we must first obtain your written consent. Click below to obtain a copy of the Consent to Fax form.
